Paid Summer Internship for Rising Junior and Senior College Students

STIPDG is a summer internship for rising junior and senior college students offered by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Department of Transportation (DOT). The Summer Transportation Internship Program for Diverse Groups (STIPDG) is a paid internship program open to all qualified candidates without regard to race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by state or local law. Students must be U.S. citizens.  The application deadline is January 15, 2016; however, some selections may be made as applications are received (think rolling admission as with college applications), so it would be advantageous to “complete and submit” as soon as possible.  For a complete summary visit http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/education/stipdg.cfm.  The program runs June 6th - August 12th, 2016.  STIPDG is open to rising juniors and seniors in all majors.
