Now accepting self-reported test scores for admission

This year, we started accepting self-reported test scores for admission review. We have begun releasing admission decisions for Fall 2019 and have already seen a 21 percent rise in students applying to NSU compared to last year.

NSU offers three admission options for prospective students: Early Decision or Early Action and Regular Decision (Feb. 1 priority application date).

Use our online admissions guide to learn more about freshmen, international, and transfer applicant admission timelines, requirements, and more.

Upon enrollment, students will submit their official test scores using NSU SAT and ACT codes (if applicable):

SAT: 005514
ACT: 006706

B.S. in Human Nutrition now offered in college of medicine

In addition to Public Health, students now have the option to study Human Nutrition in the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. This distinct advantage to earn an undergraduate degree from a college of medicine at NSU is the edge students need in today’s competitive job market.

This also establishes NSU’s Dual Admission program as the first in the nation to offer an accelerated, seven-year academic path from the B.S. in Human Nutrition to the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.

NSU is now one of only three in the U.S. with two medical colleges. Both medical colleges bear the name of university benefactor, Dr. Kiran C. Patel – the only person in the nation to have two medical schools named in his honor.
